Our Satisfaction Commitment

At Persephone's Touch, every product is handcrafted in small batches using thoughtfully selected ingredients and carefully inspected before it leaves our studio. We are deeply committed to creating products we're proud to share and want you to love your purchase.

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Returns & Exchanges

For the health, safety, and integrity of our customers, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened products, including soaps, body care, lip balms, magnesium products, sugar scrubs, bath products, gift sets, seasonal collections, or limited-edition items.

Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly, and many items are handcrafted, packaged, or prepared specifically for each customer.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or combined after they have been submitted.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If We Made a Mistake

If your order arrives with:

  • a damaged item,
  • the wrong product,
  • missing items, or
  • a manufacturing defect,

please contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at [your email address].

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping box
  • Photos of the shipping label

Once reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, which may include:

  • a replacement,
  • store credit,
  • a refund, or
  • another appropriate solution.

Requests received more than five days after delivery may not qualify for replacement or reimbursement.

Warm Weather Shipping

Our products are crafted with natural oils, butters, waxes, and other thoughtfully selected ingredients that may soften, melt, or change texture during transit in warmer temperatures.

These natural texture changes do not affect the quality, safety, or performance of the product.

During warmer months, we recommend retrieving your package promptly after delivery and allowing products to return to room temperature—or refrigerating them when noted on the product page—before use.

Texture changes caused by heat are considered a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects or grounds for refund.

Allergies & Product Responsibility

Every person's skin is unique.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all ingredient lists prior to purchasing and ensuring products are appropriate for their individual needs.

We recommend performing a small patch test before full use.

Persephone's Touch cannot guarantee compatibility with every skin type and is not responsible for allergic reactions, sensitivities, misuse, or improper storage of our products. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Persephone's Touch is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, or circumstances outside of our control.

Packages marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled. If you believe your package has been stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier and your local authorities.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us. We are happy to assist with carrier claims whenever possible, although carrier decisions remain outside of our control.

Right to Refuse Service

Persephone's Touch reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing errors, inventory discrepancies, or other circumstances requiring review. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, any applicable refund will be issued to the original payment method.
